The Tile Collective is committed to ensuring your home renovation is seamless; we offer a 30-day return window for all unused, full-box tiles in their original packaging. Please note that individual tile pieces, samples, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the total number of full boxes you wish to return to receive an authorization form.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the tiles back into their original manufacturer boxes and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Ship the products back to our central warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a tracked service with insurance for high-value stone and ceramic goods.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
