Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can purchase individual tile swatches to see the color, texture, and finish in your home's unique lighting before placing a bulk order.

How are tiles shipped to ensure they don't break?

We use specialized heavy-duty packaging and palletized shipping for larger orders. While we take every precaution, we recommend ordering 10% extra to account for cuts, waste, and any potential transit breakage.

What is your return policy for over-ordered tiles?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I calculate how many tiles I need for my project?

Measure the total square footage of your area (length x width) and add a 10-15% buffer for cuts and mistakes. You can use our on-page calculator or contact our support team for assistance.

Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?

Suitability depends on the specific material and PEI rating of the tile. Each product page lists whether a tile is rated for residential floor use, wall use only, or high-traffic commercial areas.

Can I track my delivery once it has been dispatched?
